Update on Technical Issue Processing FY16 Documents in ProcureAZ

The current technical issue that prevents Change Orders, Receipts and Invoices on FY16 Purchase Orders from processing in ProcureAZ is still being worked on. The fix is anticipated to be in place in a few days, but we do not have an exact date at this time.  We will provide an update as soon as we have more information. 

If your agency has payments that must be made immediately, please process the payment directly out of AFIS using a GAE/GAX document.  GAO can help to manually liquidate Purchase Orders from ProcureAZ in AFIS to free up budgets/appropriations as needed.  Please contact your AFIS liaison if you have any questions.
