Update on Technical Issue Processing FY16 Documents in ProcureAZ

The fix for the current technical issue that prevents Receipts and Invoices on FY16 Purchase Orders from processing in ProcureAZ is anticipated to be in ProcureAZ Production environment by noon tomorrow, Saturday July 9, 2016.  The fix allows Invoices on FY16 Purchase Orders be paid from ProcureAZ.

Change Orders of FY16 Purchase Orders and Final Pay on Invoices from FY16 Purchase Orders in ProcureAZ still produce errors. Fixes for these items are being worked on, but we do not have an exact date at this time.  We will provide an update as soon as we have more information.
