One of the agenda items at the January CFO meeting was a discussion about utility payments that have been received by APS for the State of Arizona that are still outstanding and have not been applied to a specific account. The spreadsheet that was posted to the GAO website, /publications/cfo-meetings, has been updated to reflect a more current list of outstanding unapplied payments. We encourage all agencies to review this list again to determine if any payments belong to them, and work with APS to get them applied properly.
