The updated pay code listing has been added to the GAO website located here: http://www.gao.az.gov/onlineforms/forms/HRIS_PAY_CODE_LISTING_11-12-13.pdf

Some of the changes that have occurred since the last published list include:

• Two new pay codes have been added to HRIS:
  • 723A STIPEND-STATEWIDE WORK-10% Weekly payment, over and above base pay, to employees who work in designated positions that provide statewide services to all agencies. Restricted to positions approved by ADOA Class & Comp. This is setup as Standard Time Record on
  • XR30 using the “PRSTATEW10%” employee group. 723 STIPEND-STATEWIDE WORK/ADJ-$ Recording a pay adjustment to Statewide Work Stipend(s). This pay code should be used for any adjustments to pay code 723A. Restricted to positions approved by ADOA Class & Comp.
• A new Comp Object for these pay codes has been added in AFIS:
  • 6032 SPECIAL UNIT - %
