AFIS Change Request & Defect Resolution Processes

The General Accounting Office has published a document that discusses the change request and defect resolution process for AFIS. The title of this document is “AFIS Change Request & Defect Resolution Procedures”.  This document may be found on the GAO website at /afis/afis-information in the AFIS Changes section, and is also available for those that have access to the Google Team Drive ADOA_GAO_Agency Coordinators folder. Please note that if you are opening the document using the Google Chrome, that it is recommended to download the document.

For AFIS change requests, agencies must submit the “AFIS & TRIRIGA Change Control Form” (described in the process document mentioned above) for a change to be considered. The “AFIS & TRIRIGA Change Control Form” may also be found on the GAO website at /afis/afis-information in the AFIS Changes section, and is also available on the Google Team Drive ADOA_GAO_Agency Coordinators folder. This form was previously required to be emailed to [email protected]. This email address has recently been changed to [email protected]. Please note that if you are opening the form from the Google Chrome you must download the document.
