As of May 1, 2020 the GAO will be providing the following AFIS classroom training virtually through Google Meets. If you are currently registered for or planning to register for the following training: 

1. AFIS General Accounting 20.5 - May 5, 2020
2. AFIS Accounts Payable 20.5 - May 6, 2020
3. AFIS Cash Receipts 20.5 - May 7, 2020 
4. AFIS Billing & Collections 20.5 - May 12, 2020 
5. AFIS Vendor Customer 20.5  - May 13, 2020 

They will be conducted virtually through Google Meets. 

IMPORTANT: Due to shifting over to virtual classes, the time of the training courses will also change from 7am-10am.

To Register for this course in the Learning Center (Tracorp): 

1. Log into your Y.E.S account (Y.E.S > Employee Training > My Training), then log into the Learning Center (Tracorp)
2. Click on Assigned Content, found in the menu on the left side of your screen. Note: If you are a supervisor/manager, click My Student first, then Assigned Content
3. Type in the Training Name (provided above) in the Search field and click the magnifying glass to search
4. Locate the date you would like to attend the training (provided above) and click Register. The system will ask if you would like to Register, click Yes. 

You will receive an auto-generated email confirming you have registered for the Training. After you have registered, you will receive an email with the link to the Google Meets conference and phone number within 48-24 hours before the scheduled training date, along with any handouts needed for the training.
