The General Accounting Office (GAO) has revised the in person training for Cost Accounting to incorporate new features contained within the 3.11 upgraded version of the Arizona Financial Information System. The training is designed to offer state Cost Accounting users a practical and real world Cost Accounting setup overview and training. While it is not required for employees to retake the Cost Accounting course if they have taken it previously, it is strongly encouraged for anyone in the Cost Accounting role to retake this course to see all of the new features. 

To register for this course through Tracorp:

• Log in to your YES account (YES > Employee Training > My Training), then log in to TraCorp.
• Click on ASSIGNED CONTENT found in the menu on the left side of your screen. NOTE:  If you are a supervisor/manager, click MY STUDENT first, then ASSIGNED CONTENT.
• Type in Cost Accounting in the search field and click the magnifying glass to search.
• Locate the date you would like to attend the course and click REGISTER. Click YES you would like to register. You will receive a notice that you are now registered.
