AFIS Cost Accounting Virtual Training is now available

The GAO Training Team has added sessions for AFIS Cost Accounting Virtual Training, conducted live through Google Meets. If you have been assigned the AFIS Cost Accounting Security Role (DEPT_CA) and have a Mandatory Due Date to complete the required course, please know those Due Dates will be automatically extended due to the delay of available training sessions. 

With the addition of the Virtual Training, there is a mandatory prerequisite CBT located in Tracorp named: AFIS Cost Accounting Basics (AFISCA_S) that must be completed before you are able to register for the AFIS Cost Accounting (AFIS-CA) Virtual Training. 

The Following Sessions are now available in Tracorp: 
1. AFISCA 20.10 - Monday, December 14th -  starting at 8:00am to 2:00pm
2. AFISCA 20.11 - Tuesday, December 15th - starting at 8:00am to 2:00pm
3. AFISCA 20.12 - Wednesday, December 16th - starting at 8:00am to 2:00pm
 
To Register for this course in the Learning Center (Tracorp): 
1. Log into your Y.E.S account (Y.E.S > Employee Training > My Training), then log into the Learning Center (Tracorp)
2. Click on Assigned Content, found in the menu on the left side of your screen. Note: If you are a supervisor/manager, click My Student first, then Assigned Content
3. Type in the Session Name (provided above) in the Search field and click the magnifying glass to search
4. Locate the date you would like to attend the session (provided above) and click Register. The system will ask if you would like to Register, click Yes. 

 

IMPORTANT: If you receive a notification after you register that says “WAITLIST” please know that the session limit has been met, you will need to register for one of the other sessions available in Tracorp. If all sessions are full, please be patient as there will be more sessions available after the new calendar year. 

You will receive an auto-generated email confirming you have registered for the Session. After you have registered, you will receive an email with the link to the Google Meets conference and phone number within 48-24 hours before the scheduled session date, along with any handouts for the session.
