On November 10th, 2013, all saved public and private AFIS data queries with a status date of less than July 1, 2010 will be deleted. This is being done to free up space on the mainframe and allow for quicker processing time of all queries.

We encourage all agency employees with access to the AFIS Data Query region to review their saved queries that have a ‘USED’ date of less than 07/01/10. Any queries that must be kept can be viewed by selecting the query and pressing the ‘F4’key. This will update the ‘USED’ date to the current date and the query will not be selected for deletion.
