Change to U.S. Bank migration from paper statements to electronic statements schedule

The change from paper to paperless statements, which was initially scheduled to take place on October 1, 2019, has been postponed to the next calendar year due to time constraints and limited resources.  In the meantime, GAO encourages all Agency Travel Card Administrators to ensure travel card cardholders are registered with U.S. Bank’s Access Online website.

Agency Travel Card Administrators, please instruct travel card cardholders to:

  • Register, if not currently registered, in U.S. Bank Access® Online by following the registration instructions when logging into www.access.usbank.com.  They will need the Organization Short Name (OSN), account number and expiration date for registration.

       The OSN is:     STOFAZ

  • Review the Quick Reference Guide on how to access electronic statements.

In addition, all Agency P-Card and Travel Card Administrators that do not currently have a User Profile set up with U.S. Bank’s Access Online website should continue to coordinate with the Statewide Program Administrator via [email protected] to ensure they have access and are set up to view their specific agency information.  GAO has reviewed U.S. Bank’s website and has determined which agencies do not currently have at least one administrator with an active User Profile.  GAO may reach out to individual administrators in the coming weeks to ensure they are registered in U.S. Bank’s Access Online website.

If your agency is ready to convert to paperless statements only, please send an email to [email protected] and the GAO will work with US Bank to make this happen.
