The Federal Closing Package (Exhibit H) forms have been updated and posted to the GAO website.  The updates include reformatting existing forms to capture more useful information as well as adding a new form. 

The Federal Closing Package now consists of Form 15 – ‘Federal Financial Assistance Checklist’, Form 18 – ‘Federal Expenditure Adjustments’, and Form 19 (NEW) – ‘Additional Federal Expenditure Reporting’.  Forms 18 and 19 are conditionally required based on the responses from Form 15 and accessed through radio buttons at the bottom of Form 15.
