HRIS Availability

Friday, June 28 HRIS VIEW ONLY

In order to modify the subaccount on Multiple Labor Distribution (XR23.3) records from 2019 to 2020, update deductions effective July 1, 2019, as well as close Fiscal Year 2019, HRIS is scheduled to be unavailable for update all day.  The system will not be available for handwrites.  The YES Website, Employee Time Entry (ETE), and Data Warehouse reports will not be affected.

Tuesday, July 2 TUESDAY COMPUTE SCHEDULE – HRIS Agency deadline of 2pm

The typical Compute Tuesday schedule will be in place.

Wednesday, July 3 HRIS VIEW ONLY

HRIS will be available for view only.  Retirement rates effective July 1, 2019 will be updated.  The YES Website. Employee Time Entry (ETE), and Data Warehouse reports will not be affected.

Thursday, July 4 NORMAL HOLIDAY SCHEDULE

HRIS will be available for update, however, manual warrants will not be available.
