On the evening of September 2nd, we will be taking a snapshot of all agency reports in infoAdvantage in Production. This snapshot will be what you see in infoAdvantage in AFIS Production after we transition to Managed Advantage (MA) in October.  This means that any changes or additions to either the folders or reports in infoAdvantage after September 2nd will not be reflected in the infoAdvantage Production environment when we go-live with MA.

Please complete the following by September 2nd as you plan for this transition:

• Move any reports in your My Documents/My Favorites folder that you wish to have available in infoAdvantage Production over to your agency’s On Demand Reports folder before the code freeze. No reports from the My Documents/My Favorites folder will be moved to the new infoAdvantage Production environment.
• Agency Report developers should purge the data in your On Demand reports. Purge data by selecting Design/Data Access/Purge/Purge All.  On the pop-up, select “yes” and then save your report.
• Track any changes that you make to your infoAdvantage Production reports after September 2, 2016 so that you can re-apply them in the new infoAdvantage Production environment after our transition.
• Delete any unwanted reports from the agency “On Demand” folder by September 2nd, 2016.
