The GAO has made updates to Statewide Reports in infoAdvantage:

• FIN-AZ-AM-N603 Fixed Asset Accumulated Depreciation - edited the "Useful Life" column to correctly report the useful life of certain buildings.
• FIN-AZ-AM-N599 Fixed Asset Acquisitions - added new report tab to assist agencies with Capital Outlay Reconciliation.
• FIN-AZ-AM-N614 Assets Purchased through APP - modified the second Unit column to be Unit Code.

Copies of these reports or those under the “My Recently Viewed Documents”, may not function properly due to the indicated changes. Please run/refresh the reports from the “1 – Statewide Reports” folder.
