The GAO has made updates to Statewide Reports in infoAdvantage:

• FIN-AZ-SEC-N346 Security Listing by Department – modified to show two tabs: one presenting a suggested workflow role next to the actual security role for each user; and another listing actual security roles and workflow roles by user.
• OFIN-AZ-COA-N554 Appropriations by Fiscal Year – modified to expedite research/monitoring of appropriation COA elements. Set the prompt to allow more than one fiscal year and moved the FY to after the Appropriation Unit to make the comparison quicker.
• FIN-AZ-COA-N664 Task and SubTask – new profile report displaying all Task/SubTask structure for a Department for the Fiscal Year(s) entered in the prompts.
• FIN-AZ-GL-N648 Encumbrances – modified to clarify the purpose if each prompt and to expand the scope of analysis. Department prompt is to pull fund 1000 or 1600 only and the fund prompt is to pull department funds only (ZZ1234).  On Detail tab, added appropriation category and Sub-Fund.  On Open Encumbrances tab, added a radio button to allow dynamic selection of the Chart of Account elements for listing open encumbrances.  Users may select to display by Appropriation (COA matches BQ90LV1 AFIS page), or by Major Program – Program – Program Phase, or by Major Program – Program – Program Period Code.

Copies of these reports or those under the “My Recently Viewed Documents,” may not function properly due to the indicated changes. Please run/refresh the reports from the “1 – Statewide Reports” folder.
