The GAO has made updates to Statewide Reports in infoAdvantage:

- FIN-AZ-GL-N666 Fund and Subfund Exp and Rev Trend - New document in the Statewide General Ledger folder. This document contains two reports: 

• The “Fund and Subfund Trend” report tab presents the Fund and Subfund by Accounting Period. One fund is shown per page, so users will find funds by selecting the next page or by using the input control. 
• The “Detail” report tab presents the same information in a list along with closing classification label.  Both reports have input controls available for dynamic analysis.

- FIN-AZ-AM-N623 Incorrect Depreciation Expense - Modified by adding input controls, reformatting cover page, adding several new objects for analysis, and changing query to include memo assets (but including input control to allow filtering them out if needed).

Copies of these reports or those under the “My Recently Viewed Documents,” may not function properly due to the indicated changes. Please run/refresh the reports from the “1 – Statewide Reports” folder.

For quick access to often-used reports, users may create shortcuts from Statewide reports and save the shortcut to their agency On Demand folder, or users may pin the reports to their taskbar in infoAdvantage.
