GAO has modified and updated one statewide report:

• FIN-AZ-GL-N648 Encumbrances
  • Added Unit, Major Program, Program Code, and Program Period code to the detail tab. 
  • Added input controls for each of these to the detail tab.
  • Made document level input controls for appropriation and Unit. (Document level input controls filter all report tabs for the selection.)
  • Added input control for summary by Unit.
  • Added display by Vendor Legal Name to the Open Encumbrance tab.
  • Changed name to “Enc by Fund.”

Due to report changes, run and/or refresh reports from the 1-Statewide Reports folder. Previously modified reports and/or those under the My Recently Viewed Documents may not run correctly without first refreshing the report.

To create a shortcut for frequently used reports in the Statewide reports folder, use one of two methods:

• Save the shortcut to the agency On Demand folder, or
• Pin the report to the taskbar in infoAdvantage
