Internal Transaction Agreement (ITA) document processing is currently producing the “Action Not Authorized” error.  We are aware of this issue and have been actively working on a fix. We will send out communication as soon as the issue is resolved.

In the meantime, if you have an urgent ITA document that cannot wait for the fix, please contact your AFIS liaison.
