Beginning July 9, 2015, the General Accounting Office will be mailing all payroll warrants to the address printed on the stub.  Please have employees verify their address and make any updates via the YES Website at http://yes.az.gov.  As a reminder, all regular payroll payments are required to be on direct deposit as authorized by law.  If your employees have not done so already, they should complete a GAO-65 form found here: .  Employees are to contact their agency payroll office with any questions.
