The GAO AFIS Team would like to inform you of the following date changes to the Fiscal Year-End 2021 Closing Instructions:

• Any employee reimbursement handwrite is to be processed in HRIS on Tuesday, June 29, 2021 not Wednesday, June 30, 2021 as instructed on page 3 of the closing instructions.  HRIS is available for view only on Wednesday, June 30.
• Mass fixed asset depreciation run for the 4th quarter of FY 2021, which was initially scheduled to take place on Saturday, July 3, 2021, has been moved to Saturday, July 10, 2021.  Any pending or draft FA, FD, FI, FM, FT fixed asset documents cleanup must be cleared in AFIS by close of business Friday, July 9, 2021.

The last main payroll of FY 2021 will be interfaced from HRIS to AFIS on Wednesday, June 30, 2021.  As reminders:

• All rejected PEDF1 documents for FY 2021 must be cleared in AFIS by close of business Friday, July 9, 2021. 
• Any rejected PEDF1 documents from FY 2021 must be cleared in FY 2021 (with applicable BFY) as AFIS will not allow these to be cleared in FY 2022 (APD 1 of FY 2022).
