GAO Central Payroll has made some updates to HRIS and made the related Agency Payroll Guide updates.  View the updated Agency Payroll Guide by going to the GAO website and clicking “PAYROLL / RASL”, then selecting “Payroll Guide”. 

You can view a list of updates and when they were made by clicking “Revision History” at the top of the Agency Payroll Guide.

Here are the specific HRIS deduction code updates:

• D009 CIGNA DENTAL – EE
  (Added) For CIGNA dental plan employee portion.
   
• D010 CIGNA DENTAL - ER
  (Added) For CIGNA dental plan employer portion.
   
• D185 DENTAL-CIGNA-ER PORTION
  (Added) Will be used to capture ER portion of CIGNA DENTAL benefits owed by the EE in certain situations.
   
• 3521 DOC VAN POOL PTX
  (Update) Label changed from DOC VAN POOL to DOC VAN POOL PTX to be consistent with other pre-tax deduction labels. This deduction code was already setup as pre-tax, so no configuration change has been made.
