On the evening of September 29th, an additional and unexpected snapshot of all agency reports in infoAdvantage Production under the Public Folders was taken, for transition to Managed Advantage (MA) for “Go Live”. This is following the original planned snapshot taken on September 2nd and will include any published reports from July 2016 up to the MA transition date and any on-demand reports that were in production on September 29th. This means any on-demand reports developed, edited or saved in infoAdvantage PROD after September 29th will not be transitioned into the new infoAdvantage PROD environment after MA “Go Live”. It is recommended that agencies wait or track any reports developed or modified between September 30th and MA “Go Live” to duplicate/reapply in the new infoAdvantage PROD.
