2017 Fiscal Year End Statewide Payroll Meeting to be held May 15, 2017

On Monday, May 15, 2017 the General Accounting Office will hold a meeting to discuss fiscal year-end payroll processing. There will be two identical sessions offered:
Session 1 - Monday, May 15th, 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM
Session 2 - Monday, May 15th, 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM
The same information will be covered in each session, so you only need to attend one.
Session 2 will have Conference Line call in for Agencies outside the Capitol Mall area.

Parking information:
Please park on the lot north of the parking garage or the northeast corner of 15th Avenue and Adams. There are two disabled parking spaces in the visitor section of the garage and three disabled parking spaces in the northeast surface lot. These spaces are NOT restricted by the "2 Hour Visitor Parking" signs.
State Badge or Identification Needed:
Please remember to bring your State of Arizona employee badge to gain access through security in the ADOA Building lobby.
Registration Information
Space is limited, so reserve your place early. There is no fee to attend.
To register:
- Visit YES at http://yes.az.gov.
- Sign in with your Username (your Employee ID Number) and your password.
- Click on “Your Employee Services” under the “Home” tab in the leftmost column.
- Click on “Employee Training” under the “My Training” tab.
- This will launch the TraCorp Learning Platform.
- Sign in to the TraCorp Learning Platform.
- If you have not logged in to the new Learning Management Site before, you will need to use your EIN and initial password of “NewUser1” on the first login. Once in, you will have to change your password before proceeding.
- Click “Content”, then “Show Content” at the top of the page.
- Change drop down selection to “Entire Catalog” in the middle of the page.
- Enter “Central Payroll” in the search box.
- Click on “Central Payroll Fiscal Year End Meeting”.
- Under Upcoming Sessions, select the “Register” button for your preferred time.
- An email confirmation of your enrollment will be sent to your inbox.
