The foundational AZ360 Financial (FIN) computer-based trainings (CBTs) are now available and AZ360 FIN Foundations virtual training is no longer offered.

As a reminder, foundational training must be completed before initial system access can be granted to AZ360. Foundational training course codes and names are listed below:

Note: Courses are to be taken in order. The above information is also available in the "Foundational Courses and Security Roles" section on the Training Resources webpage.

To register:

1. Visit the State of Arizona Human Resources Portals landing page.
2. Click Login under the “Online Learning Portal”. This will launch the TraCorp Learning Platform.
3. Log in to TraCorp.
   • If a user has not logged in to the new learning management site before, the user will need to use the employee identification number (EIN) and initial password of “NewUser1” on the first login. Once in, the user must change the password before proceeding.
4. Once logged in to TraCorp, click Assigned Content.
   • For those who have a full access (FA) or limited access (LA) TraCorp account, click on My Student before launching content.
5. In the search field to the left, enter the desired course code.
6. Click the Launch button and complete the training.
