AZ360 Financial New User Virtual Training

AZ360 Foundations Virtual Training (i.e., new user training) is now available in TraCorp. 

The General Accounting Office (GAO) will be conducting new user training virtually until the AZ360 Foundations Computer-Based Trainings (CBTs) are complete. This virtual training will satisfy the training requirement for new AZ360 Financial users. 

Virtual training will be conducted on a bi-weekly basis. Registration for training is active in TraCorp. 

To Register: 

  1. Visit the Yes  webpage.
  2. Click Login under the “Online Learning Portal”.
  3. This will launch the TraCorp Learning Platform.
    • If the user has not logged in to the new Learning Management Site before, the user will need to use the employee identification number (EIN) and initial password of “NewUser1” on the first login. Once in, the user must change the password before proceeding.
  4. Once logged in to TraCorp, click Assigned Content.
    • For those who have a full access (FA) or limited access (LA) TraCorp account, click on My Student before launching content.
  5. In the search field to the left, enter AZ360F_FoundationsVirtual.
  6. Under the "Upcoming Session", click Register.
  7. The user will receive a confirmation email with access instructions.
