The upgrade from AFIS to AZ360 Financial is scheduled to begin at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, October 13, 2023. During the cutover period, AFIS (Advantage 3.11) will be migrated to AZ360 Financial (Advantage 4) and both applications will not be available for view access or to process documents, including payments and deposits. AZ360 Financial is anticipated to be unavailable until Tuesday, October 17, 2023. 

The infoAdvantage reporting tool will also be unavailable during the cutover period and is expected to be unavailable until Monday, October 23, 2023.

The last nightly batch cycle in AFIS will be Thursday, October 12, 2023. Any warrants from that cycle will be available for pick up or mailed out on Friday, October 13, 2023. Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments from the October 12th batch cycle will be sent to Bank of America on Friday, October 13th.  

Agencies that send inbound interfaces to AFIS are requested to hold files until the upgrade is complete and normal processing begins again. If inbound interfaces are inadvertently sent to AFIS during the cutover period, those files will be saved and processed when the system becomes available. 

If any unforeseen circumstances occur that prevent the go-live of the upgrade from occurring on the dates listed above, the General Accounting Office (GAO) will send a follow-up communication as soon as possible.
