AZ360 infoAdvantage Go-Live Information

The General Accounting Office (GAO) Reporting Team has important go-live information to share.

  • Users will need to recreate all infoAdvantage scheduled reports (instances) and shortcuts in the upgraded system.
  • During the data cutover, all transactions in Pending status were reverted back to Draft.
  • Reports may randomly populate an error: "Error: Resource of type 'Occurrence' already exists". Closing the report and reopening it should resolve the issue.
  • Updated versions of the infoAdvantage Reports Dictionary, Interactive Reporting Training Manual, and Schedule Reports in infoAdvantage quick reference guide (QRG) are now available on the GAO website. The dictionary is located on the Operations Resources page and the training materials are located on the GAO Training Resources page.
  • The infoAdvantage platform has a new modern and simplified look. However, the fundamentals of how infoAdvantage works did not change. View the navigation training video at https://youtu.be/BHO1kz1FlLs.
  • Some reports may have slight changes in the column names, but the content did not change.
  • The GAO Reporting Team has a new email address: [email protected].   
  • Reports located in the Statewide > Budget Control folder are renamed for the budget structure changes below:
