Due to an unforeseen network storage failure, AFIS and infoAdvantage became unavailable Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at 1:15 pm. The General Accounting Office (GAO) worked to resolve this issue, but the issue was not resolved in time to run the nightly cycles (see previous webstory). Consequently, the following processes were impacted:

• All inbound interface files sent to AFIS on Tuesday, August 15, 2023, were not processed and will be processed in the next interface cycle on August 16, 2023.
• All AFIS Tuesday nightly cycles were skipped except for the Cash Sweep process.
• No AFIS ACH and warrant payments were issued on Tuesday night, August 15, 2023.
• No AFIS outbound interface extract files were generated from Tuesday, August 15, 2023.
• No ETL was run, therefore infoAdvantage data is from August 14, 2023 until after the next successful ETL run.
