The following is the latest scheduled HRIS availability during year-end. The YES website and Employee Time Entry (ETE) will not be affected.

| Tuesday, December 31 | HRIS Year End Tasks | No HRIS Update (including No Handwrite Input) |
| Wednesday, January 1 | Holiday | No Handwrite Input |
| Tuesday, January 7 | Leave Roll | No Handwrite Input if it adjusts leave balances |
| Wednesday, January 15 | Prior Year Adjustment | No HRIS Update until 10AM. |
