infoAdvantage Report Allocations and User Group Meeting

As mentioned during the infoAdvantage User Group meeting on Tuesday, August 2, 2022, with the AFIS Upgrade a maximum of 1000 total infoAdvantage reports (Statewide reports and Department Reports) has been established.

The GAO established the maximum number of infoAdvantage reports for agencies (see Web Story dated 8-10-2022 and list below).  Agencies must reduce the current number of infoAdvantage reports in their On Demand folders by November 1, 2022.

GAO will host an infoAdvantage User Group meeting on Tuesday, November 1, 2022 at 1 PM.  Register in TraCorp for course ID infoAdvUG.

To create a shortcut for frequently used reports in the Statewide reports folder, use one of two methods:

  • Save the shortcut to the agency On Demand folder, or
  • Pin the report to the taskbar in infoAdvantage
