The GAO has made updates to Statewide Reports in infoAdvantage:

FIN-AZ-GL-N648 Encumbrances – new report.  This report is saved in the Statewide General Ledger folder.  The report presents the detail and the summary for encumbrances by fund.  Input controls built into the report enable dynamic filtering of data for analysis.  This report may be long running so users may need to make a copy to schedule from within their own On Demand folder.

FIN-AZ-AP-N393 Open Items – Encumbrances – removed from the Statewide Accounts Payable folder due to interface issues with documents from APP. 

Copies of this report or those under the “My Recently Viewed Documents”, may not function properly due to the indicated changes. Please run/refresh the reports from the “1 – Statewide Reports” folder.
