GAO has modified five Statewide reports as part of our report right-sizing efforts.  The edited reports will enable deletion of some Departmental On Demand reports.

• FIN-AZ-GL-N339 Cash Flow Report
  • Added two new report tabs: one splits by sub-fund and another splits by Unit.
• FIN-AZ-GL-N463 Rev, Exp and Enc
  • Added new object to both Detail tabs.  RefDoc_Doc shows a reference document ID if one exists or the Document ID if one does not exist. This will enable Department users to quickly locate and group related documents.
• FIN-AZ-GL-N648 Enc by Fund
  • Added Bureau to the drop-down lists on the tab named “List by Selected COA” and also to the far right column of the tab named “Doc Detail.”
• FIN-AZ-CM-N502 Monthly Cash Balance
  • Added tab listing Funds with negative cash balances.
  • Added tab listing Sub-funds with negative cash balances.
• FIN-BS-0002 Trial Balance Summary
  • Added several new report tabs.
  • Split cover page from reports.

Due to report changes, run and/or refresh reports from the 1-Statewide Reports folder. Previously modified reports and/or those under the My Recently Viewed Documents may not run correctly without first refreshing the report.

To create a shortcut for frequently used reports in the Statewide reports folder, use one of two methods:

• Save the shortcut to the agency On Demand folder, or
• Pin the report to the taskbar in infoAdvantage
