infoAdvantage Statewide report updates
GAO has modified two Statewide reports as part of our report right-sizing efforts. The edited reports will enable deletion of some Departmental On Demand reports.
- FIN-AZ-AP-N349 Pending Payments by Scheduled Date
- Added Doc Code and Vendor Code to the prompts and as additional columns on a new report tab.
- FIN-AZ-GL-N463 Rev, Exp and Enc
- Added Grant ID as a selection in the input control drop-down lists. The input control drop-down lists allow users to select chart of account elements for display. This modification applies to two report tabs within the GL-N463:
- Select COA Summary
- COA by Closing Classification
- Added Grant ID as a selection in the input control drop-down lists. The input control drop-down lists allow users to select chart of account elements for display. This modification applies to two report tabs within the GL-N463:
The input controls on each report tab will allow for dynamic analysis only in the Web Intelligence format. To utilize the analytical capability of these two report tabs, the report must be in a Web Intelligence format. A Web Intelligence format is obtained by one of two methods:
- Refresh On Demand, or
- Schedule the report leaving the default format of web intelligence document and open the document from the history window (do not email this format).
In either of the above two cases, users may export to Excel after selecting the desired Chart of account elements from the dynamic input control filters.
Due to report changes, run and/or refresh reports from the 1-Statewide Reports folder. Previously modified reports and/or those under the My Recently Viewed Documents may not run correctly without first refreshing the report.
To create a shortcut for frequently used reports in the Statewide reports folder, use one of two methods:
- Save the shortcut to the agency On Demand folder, or
- Pin the report to the taskbar in infoAdvantage
