The General Accounting Office (GAO) has statewide reports in the General Ledger folder to assist agency budget staff with uploading information to the new Arizona Budget System (ABS):

• FIN-AZ-GL-N661 CLIFFS Data Entry
  • Summarizes total revenues and expenditures by grant ID.  
• FIN-AZ-GL-N700 ABS Data Entry
  • Organizes data for ABS Form 1200-Personnel, ABS Form 1200-Expenditures, and ABS Form 2100-Revenues. 

To create a shortcut for frequently used reports in the Statewide Reports folder, use one of two methods:

• Save the shortcut to the agency On Demand folder.
• Pin the report to the taskbar in infoAdvantage.
