Agency Budget staff using the FIN-AZ-GL-N700 ABS Data Entry report may direct questions about running the report within infoAdvantage to the GAO Reporting Team at [email protected]. Questions about which Arizona Budget System (ABS) form the expenditures should post to should be directed to the agency Office of Strategic Planning and Budgeting (OSPB) analyst.

Agencies are encouraged to pull the data from the FIN-AZ-GL-N700 on August 1, 2023 which will be the same date that OSPB will pull actuals for 2023.
