NASACT Webinar: Uniform Guidance: 2024 Revision

NASACT is pleased to announce the latest in its series of training events addressing timely issues in government accounting, auditing, and financial management.

The much-anticipated revision to OMB’s Uniform Guidance was released on April 4, 2024. Join us for this webinar to learn about the major changes to this important guidance for recipients of federal financial assistance and their auditors. Among these changes are:

  • Increasing the single audit threshold from $750,000 to $1 million 
  • Increasing the de minimus indirect cost rate from 10% to 15% 
  • Using the term recipient and subrecipient instead of non-federal entity (except in certain areas like subpart F implementing the Single Audit Act)  
  • Increasing equipment and supply thresholds from $5,000 to $10,000 
  • Revising areas of the cost principals including clarification of pension and postretirement health plans 
  • Revising the template text for a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO). These and other changes will be addressed during this informative and timely webinar.

To register: 

  1. Visit the State of Arizona Human Resources Portals webpage.
  2. Click Login under the “Online Learning Portal”. This will launch the TraCorp Learning Platform.
    1. If the user has not logged in to the new learning management site before, the user will need to use the employee identification number (EIN) and the initial password of “NewUser1” on the first login. Once in, the user must change the password before proceeding.
  3. Once logged into TraCorp, Click Assigned Content.
    1. For those who have a Full Access or Limited Access (FA or LA) TraCorp account, click on My Student before launching content.
  4. In the search field to the left, enter “GAO Hosted Webinar”.
  5. Under the Upcoming Session, click Register for the May 1, 2024 session.
  6. The user will receive a confirmation email with access instructions.
