The Position Conversion process was completed in the HRIS Production environment during the weekend of 6/20/2015 – 6/21/2015.  The General Accounting Office (GAO) and the HRIS Team successfully performed the Position Conversion process of all active positions on Position form (XP02/ZP02) with the New AFIS Chart of Accounts elements as well as changed the Sub-Account from 2015 to 2016.

During the conversion, a number of Positions were not updated due to various errors, impacting 17 agencies.  If your agency was impacted by the errors, additional communication regarding the resolution process will be sent to each Agency’s Coordinator. 

The statewide Conversion of Multiple Labor Distribution (XR23.3) records will occur on July 1, 2015.
