The Position Conversion process was completed in the HRIS Production environment during the weekend of 6/25/2016 – 6/26/2016.  The General Accounting Office (GAO) updated the subaccount on active Positions (XP02/ZP02) from 2016 to 2017.  During the conversion process, a number of Positions were not updated due to various errors.  Additional communication, including the necessary resolution process, has been distributed to payroll and/or human resources staff at each of the impacted agencies.

Agency payroll staff can review active Positions by running the ‘Position (ZP02) Report’, located in the Agency HRIS Payroll Reports folder on the HRIS Reporting Services website (https://reporting.hris.azdoa.gov/).

The statewide Conversion of Multiple Labor Distribution (XR23.3) records will occur on July 1, 2016.
