[email protected] Email Address Will Be Decommissioned on July 1, 2023

In 2019, the General Accounting Office (GAO) and the Arizona Department of Revenue (ADOR) embarked on a project to update how state agencies were to report Transaction Privilege and Use Tax. A dedicated email address staffed by the City Services Team of ADOR, [email protected], was created to assist state agencies with any onboarding or filing questions.

Today, the majority of state agencies have switched to the new process and this dedicated email address is being decommissioned. Effective July 1, 2023, the [email protected] email address will no longer be available. State agencies can use the resources listed below should any additional assistance be needed:

The updated AZTaxes.gov Onboarding for State Agencies document and a New State Agency AZTaxes.gov Onboarding Checklist are posted on the GAO Website in the AFIS section under AFIS Information.
