TRIRIGA Upgrade

The upgrade to TRIRIGA 11.2 is scheduled to begin on Friday, April 7, 2023 and the system is anticipated to be down until mid-day Monday, April 10, 2023 to perform cutover activities.

The TRIRIGA 11.2 upgrade cutover period is scheduled to begin at approximately 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 6. During the cutover period, TRIRIGA will not be available for view access or to process any documents. All agencies should plan accordingly.

Information with regards to changes in training, system access, and contacts will be addressed in the mandatory scheduled TRIRIGA Upgrade training the week of April 3, 2023. All current active users should already be registered and are required to attend a class; if there are questions, contact TRIRIGA Support via the email below.

If any unforeseen circumstances occur that prevent the go-live of the upgrade from occurring on the dates listed above, a follow-up communication will be sent as soon as possible.
