UDOC Transaction Fixed in AZ360 Financial
The functionality of the User Maintenance (UDOC) transaction in AZ360 Financial is fixed. Departmental security staff can begin using this transaction to add/change/disable users in AZ360 Financial moving forward. If users are uncertain on how to proceed, there will be a revised quick reference guide (QRG) regarding the UDOC process which will be posted to the General Accounting Office (GAO) website in the next few days.
