The functionality of the User Maintenance (UDOC) transaction in AZ360 Financial is fixed. Departmental security staff can begin using this transaction to add/change/disable users in AZ360 Financial moving forward. If users are uncertain on how to proceed, there will be a revised quick reference guide (QRG) regarding the UDOC process which will be posted to the General Accounting Office (GAO) website in the next few days. After it is posted, it will be available on the GAO Training Resources page: https://gao.az.gov/resources/training/gao-training-resources.
