These guides can be found on the General Accounting Office (GAO) website under AFIS, Web Portal. These guides document common questions, issues, and the best solutions. Agencies should refer to these documents before reaching out to GAO or the Treasurer’s Office to ensure the answer is not available in the guides.

Due to the migration of OrbiPay, some of our procedures regarding reconciliation and research have changed, therefore it is crucial to review the guides to understand the updates.
