Starting Wednesday, February 1st, 2017, please start using Vendor Number PZ9000007775 for all Randstad Professional US requisitions, purchase orders and invoices. Three address codes were set up in both ProcureAZ and AFIS to facilitate  payments of invoices as follows:

• Randstad General Staffing invoices should be paid with Address Code P0404
• Randstad Professional invoices should be paid with Address Code P0405
• Randstad Technologies invoices should be paid thru Address Code P0406

When using each of the address codes listed above, please place the invoice number provided by Randstad on the invoices.  Randstad has confirmed that all invoices billed by them can be paid using one of these address codes regardless of what the remittance address listed on the invoice is as long as you select the right division/address code. 

Randstad Vendor Number PZ9000007007 is in the process of being closed in both AFIS and ProcureAZ per Randstad confirmation.  It should only be used for requisitions and PO liquidations, not for payments.  All other addresses in AFIS and ProcureAZ will be closed by COB Friday, February 10th.  If your agency has open requisitions and purchase orders associated with PZ9000007007, please close them out as soon as possible and establish new ones using Vendor Number PZ9000007775.
