Training Cancellation - YES User

To cancel registration for any Training or Events offered through GAO, YES users will use the following instructions. If you are a non-Yes User, please click here for your instructions.

Once you have cancelled your registration in YES, you will NOT receive an email, but the course status will be updated under Scheduled Training in YES.

CANCELLATION INSTRUCTIONS

HRIS/YES Portal Login
Login
  • Open Internet Explorer, enter yes.az.gov in your address bar.
  • Enter your Username (EIN).
  • Enter your Password.
  • Click Login.
View Course Registrations
  • Under Your Employee Services, Click Employee Training
  • Click Scheduled Training

Cancel Your Registration
  • Find the course you wish to cancel in your list of Scheduled Trainings
  • Click Cancel
  • A dialog box will appear asking "Are you sure you want to cancel this course?"
  • Click Yes
  • Repeat this process for all courses you wish to cancel.
  • You have successfully canceled your registration.
