The Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) has now the officially replaced the DUNS number. The UEI field has been added to Grant Lifecycle Management (GLM) in AFIS and to the eCivis to GLM interface. For any agencies that entered their UEI in eCivis prior to today, a “catch up” is being done to capture and interface that data.

The following statewide reports are impacted by the UEI change:

• FIN-AZ-GM-C081 Federal 425
• FIN-AZ-GM-N663 Federal Financial Report (FFR) by Grant ID
• FIN-AZ-GM-N673 Federal Financial Report (FFR)
• FIN-AZ-AP-N667 Vendor Addresses
