U.S. Bank announces migration from paper statements to electronic statements

U.S. Bank has announced they are promoting sustainable business practices while supporting economic growth. As part of this initiative, U.S. Bank will be migrating accounts from receiving paper statements to more environmentally friendly electronic statements.

U.S. Bank P-Card and Travel Card (Corporate Travel and Employee Travel) accounts will be migrated to electronic statements on October 1, 2019.  At that point, agencies and individuals will no longer receive paper statements through the mail.

In order to avoid past due charges, incurred if agencies and individual travelers fail to view their monthly statements online after October 1st, all Agency Travel Card Administrators should make sure all travel card cardholders are registered in U.S. Bank’s Access Online website.

Before the migration date of October 1st:

  1. Agency travel card cardholders will need to register.  If not currently registered, do so via U.S. Bank Access® Online by following the registration instructions when logging into www.access.usbank.com.  They will need the Organization Short Name (OSN), account number and expiration date for registration.

The OSN is:______STOFAZ___________

  1. Review the US Bank Paperless Statements - Attachment for Instructions Quick Reference Guide on how to access electronic statements.

In addition, all Agency P-Card and Travel Card Administrators that do not currently have a User Profile set up in U.S. Bank’s Access Online website will need to coordinate with the Statewide Program Administrator, Fabienne Ulysse, to ensure they have access and are set up to view their specific agency information before October 1st.  The General Accounting Office is currently reviewing U.S. Bank’s website to determine which agencies do not currently have at least one administrator with an active User Profile.

Electronic statements will provide the following benefits:

  • Fast – immediate access to statements.
  • Convenience – logging in is easy. Users can opt to receive an email notification when their statement is available.
  • Secure – required login and password to view statement, no paper produced with sensitive cardholder information.
  • Environmentally Friendly – less clutter and less impact on the environment.

For more information and to learn how to access electronic statements from U.S. Bank card management solutions, please contact your Statewide Program Administrator, Fabienne Ulysse, at [email protected].  We have noticed several Agency P-Card and Travel Card Administrators do not have Access Online User Profiles and will attempt to reach out to those specified agency administrators within the next few weeks.

Thank you for your prompt action on this matter!
