The General Accounting Office (GAO) has converted the Web Portal Product Parameters Form, GAO-W-100, to an Excel document.   The conversion is to ease the configuration and setup process with the State’s Web Portal application.

Every agency utilizing the current PDF form will be required to use the new Excel form starting January 1st, 2022 when requesting additions or updates to product parameters.
