As previously mentioned in the Calendar Year End Payroll Processing Memo, there will be limited availability to HRIS and changes to manual payment (handwrite) warrant distribution through the end of 2018.  Additionally, the timeline for entering payroll for the first payroll of 2019 will be moved to Monday, December 31st due to the New Year’s Day Holiday.

December 26th – 27th:  Manual Payments (handwrites) mailed directly from GAO
December 28th – January 1st:  No Manual Payments (handwrites)
December 28th:  HRIS Security On for ALL for ADOA year-end updates
December 30th:  ETE interface as usual
December 31st:  Compute deadline moved to Monday at 2 p.m.
December 31st, 2pm - January 1st:  HRIS Security on for ALL
