GAO Central Payroll has made some updates to HRIS and the Agency Payroll Guide for 2018.  View the updated Agency Payroll Guide by going to the GAO website and clicking “PAYROLL / RASL”, then selecting “Payroll Guide”. 

You can always view a list of updates that are made to the guide by clicking “Revision History” at the top of the Agency Payroll Guide.

Changes made:

• Tax Withholding Tables (010118) – Updated for 2018
• HRIS PAY CODE LISTING UPDATE
  • 672 EMP RELOCATION REIMB-NONTAX  (Inactivated)
  • 673 EMP RELOCATION REIMB-TAXABLE  (Added)

• Paycheck Estimator (010118) – Updated for 2018
• Form A-4, Employee’s Arizona Withholding Election, was recently updated for 2018 by the Arizona Department of Revenue.  IRS Form W-4 for 2018 is not yet available.  Continue using the IRS Form W-4 for 2017 until an update is published.
