The AFIS Common Troubleshooting Errors Questions & Answers document has been published and is now available on the GAO website under AFIS, AFIS Information section.  The document, which includes the most commonly asked questions the AFIS Liaisons have received from agencies, was published to assist agencies in becoming more self-sufficient while operating within AFIS.

The AFIS Common Troubleshooting Errors Questions & Answers document is subject to be updated as new common questions and answers are captured by the AFIS Liaisons.  The GAO will send notifications when new common questions and answers are added.
